lemon-blueberry yoghurt loaf

This is already a super moist cake but just to make sure, the recipe calls for a couple of layers of lemon and sugar syrup to be brushed all over it as well.

I used fresh blueberries, and they create little pools of flavor in every bite. This cake tastes much less healthy than it actually is and was voted my new best cake by everyone who tasted it.

At first I thought this would be a one-sitting cake but it made a lot of loaf. One half of a slice is plenty, even for the big eaters I have around. Enjoy this delicious treat.
