This delicious salad is both light and satisfying at the same time. I grilled my halloumi on my indoor grill and it held it’s shape. I like to say I prefer to make my salads and taboulleh chunkier than the recipe calls for, but we all know I’m too lazy to chop it finely, either way it’s a great starter, or lunch salad.
